AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH RELATING TO ZONE CASES 176, 177, 1781 179 and 180 AMENDING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY AND AMENDING SECTIO1 9211.51 (Sectional District Map 2-6-11.) . WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notices of and duly held public hearings on Zone Cases 176, 177, 178, 179 and 180 and recommended the changes in the district classifications as hereinafter set out; and WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held public hearings in said zone cases and now finds that public necessity, con- venience and the general welfare require the following amend- ments and that the -use under the new classifications will not be detrimental to the surrounding property; NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Hunting- ton Beach do ordain as follows: Section 1. That the real property in the City of Hunt- ington Beach, County of Orange , State of California, describ- ed as follows: Located on approximately 5 acres bounded by Beach Boulevard, Owen Street, Clay Street and Florida Street, Legally described as Lots 1 through Lot 6, 17 through 26, Block "A" , Tract 837, 1. Ord. No. 844 is hereby reclassified from M-2�­0 Dis_tri_ct. to C-2 Community Business District. Section 2. That the real property in the City of Hunt- ington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, describ- ed as follows: Located on approximately 1.5 acres. bounded by Owen. Street, Williams Street on the West side of Beach Boulevard, Legally described as Lots 1 through 6 and Lot 26, Block "B" , Tract 837, is hereby reclassified from M-2-0 District to C-2 Community . Business District. Section 3. That the real property in the City of Hunt- ington Beach, County of Orange , State of California, describ- ed as follows: Located on approximately 4 acres bounded by Williams Street, Yorktown-- Street on the west side of Beach Boulevard, , Legally described as Block 2508 and the East 100 feet- of Block 2507, East Side Villa Tract, M.M. 4-6. Orange, State of California, described as follows: Located on approximately 10 acres bounded by Yorktown Street, Utica Street., on the west side of Beach Boulevard, Legally described as Blocks 2408, 23089 2208, 2108, East Side Villa Tract, MM 4-659 is hereby reclassified from M-2-0 District to C-2 Community Business District. Section 5. That the real property in the City of Hunt- ington Beach, County of Orange , State of California, describ- ed as follows: Located on approximately 20 acres bounded by Beach Boulevard, Utica Street, Quincy Street and Florida Avenue, Legally described as Blocks 1707, 17081 18072 1808 1907, 19.08_, .2007 and. .2008, East Side Villa Traci, MM 4-65, is hereby reclassified from PI-2-0 District to C-4 District.
