ORDINANCE No. 932 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH RELATING TO ZONE CASE No. 269; AMENDING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY and AMENDING SECTIONS 9211.5 (Sectional District Map 1-6-11) and 9211.51 (Sec- tional District Map 2-6-11) . WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice• a of and duly held/public hearing on Zone Case No. 269 and recommended the changes in the district classifications as hereinafter set out; and WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in said zone case and now finds that public necessity, conven- ience and that the use under the new classifications will not be detrimental to the surrounding property; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Hunt- ington Beach do ordain as follows Section 1. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows : The west S30 feet of the west one- half of the northwest .-.one-quarter of Section 1-6-11 and Lots 2908, 3108 and 3208B of the East Side Villa `tract, is hereby reclassified from R-4-X Suburban Residential Dis- trict , as adopted by Interim Ordinance No. 668, to C-4 Highway Commercial District with setback provisions. 1 . Ord. No. 932 Section 2. Sections 9211.5 (Sectional District Map 1-6-11) and 921.1.51 (Sectional District Map 2-6-11) are here- by amended, and as amended, shall read in words and figures as follows 2. Ord. No. 932 Sectio n 3. The City clerk shall certify to the pass- age and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published by one insertion in the Huntington Beach News , a weekly newspaper, printed, published and circulated in the City of Huntington_ Beach,. California, and thirty (30) days after the adoption thereof, the same shall take effect and be in force.
