HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance #1008 NOT ADOPTED - TIE -VOTE (FAILED) ORDINANCE No. 1008 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH RELATING TO ZONE CASE No. 351; AMENDING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE BY RECLASSIFYING SECTION 9211.47 (Sectional District Map 3.6-5-11) . The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows: Section 1. That the real property in the City of Hunt- ington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, describ- ed as follows: Located west of Newland Street and approximately 660 feet south of Talbert Avenue and legally de- scribed as the SE' of the NEW' of the NWTL of Section 36-5-11, Is hereby reclassified from R-1 Single Family Residence Dis- trict to R-2 Two Family Residence District. Section 2. Section 9211..47 (Sectional District Map 36-5-11 ) , are hereby amended, and as amended, shall read in words and figures as follows: 1. Ord. No. 1008 Section 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published, by one insertion in the Huntington Beach News, a weekly newspaper, printed, published and cir- culated in the City of Huntington Beach, California, and thirty (30) days after the adoption thereof, the same shall take effect and be in force.
