HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance #1021 ORDINANCE No. 1021 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH RELATING TO ZONE CASES Nos. 376 and 377; AMENDING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE BY RECLASSIFYING SECTIONS 9211.5 (Sectional District Map 1-6-11) and 9211.41 (Sectional District Map 25-5-11) • The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows: Section 1. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located at the southwest corner of Yorktown Avenue and Cannery Street, and legally described as follows: All of Tract 4742 is hereby reclassified from R-4-Y Suburban Residential Dis- trict, as adopted by Interim Ordinance No. 672, to R-1 Single Family Residence District. Section 2. That . the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, situated on ,the east side of "A" Street, south of Warner Avenue and::7egally described as Lots 26, 28, 30, 329 349 36.9 38, 4o, 42, 44, 46 and 48, Tract No. 360, Is hereby reclassified from A-1-X General Agricultural Dis= trict, as adopted by Interim Ordinance No. 668, to R-3 Lim- ited Multiple Family Residence District 1. . Ord. No. 1021 Section 3. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, situated on the west side of "B" Street, south of Warner Avenue and legally described as, Lots 251' 279 29, 319 331 359 37, 39, 419 439 45 and 47, Tract No.360, Is hereby reclassified from A-1-X General Agricultural Dis- trict, as adopted by Interim Ordinance No. 668, to A-3 Limit- ed Multiple Family Residence District. Section 4. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, situated on the east side of "B" Street, south of Warner Avenue and legally described as, Lot 6 of Tract 4954 and the "Wj, NE4f NW4, Section 25-5-119 EXCEPTING the south 120 feet -thereof, is hereby reclassified from A-1-X General AGricultural Dis- trict as adopted by Interim Ordinance No. 668 to R-2 Two Family residence District. Section 5. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach,. County of Orange, State of California situated on the north side of Blaylock Drive, east of "B" Street and legally described as, and Lots 1,20,4 and 5, of Tract 4954,/the south 120 feet of the W'j, NE4f NW4, NW4f Section 25-5-11, 2. Ord. No. 1021 Is hereby reclassified from A-1-X General Agricultural Dis- trict as adopted by Interim Ordinance No. 668 to R-1 Single Family Residence District. Section 6. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published by one insertion in the Huntington Beach News, a weekly newspaper, printed, published and cir- culated in the City of Huntington Beach, California, and thirty (30) days after the adoption thereof, the same shall take effect and be in force.
