The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ,-ordain as follows: Section 1. That the real property in the City of Hunt- ington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located north of Pacific Coast Highway and approximately 3510 feet west of Anderson Street, and legally described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Wily line of California State Highway 101 Alternate and the Nally line of the Rancho La Bolsa Chica, thence IMy along the Nally line of said State Highway, a distance of 330.73 feet, more or less , to the true point of beginning. Thence continuing northwest along the northwest line of California State High- way 101 Alternate to a point intersecting with the Westerly city limit line as shown on the annexa- tion designated as Sunset Beach #1 adopted by Or- dinance No. 993. Thence continuing along said city limit line N 460 32 ' 00" E a distance of 113. 94 feet. Thence S 530 00 ' 00" E a distance of 101.48 feet. Thence N 46' 32 ' 00" E a distance of 208.25 feet. Thence S 440 15 ' 00" E a distance of 77. 50 feet. Thence S 731 45' 00" E a distance of 110.76 feet. Thence S 150 451 23" W a distance of 229.62 feet. Thence S 370 lQ/ ' 10" W a distance of 139.94 feet to the true point of beginning. is hereby reclassified from R-1 Single Family Residence Dis- trict to C-2 Community Business District with setback provis- ions. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published by one insertion in the Huntington Beach News , a weekly newspaper, printed, published and circu- lated in the City of Huntington Beach, California, and thirty (30) days after the adoption thereof, 'the same shall take ef- fect and be in force.
