No. ORDINANCE No. 990 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH RELATING TO ZONE CASE No. 337 ; AMENDING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY AND AMENDING SECTION 9211.38 (Sectional District Map 22-5-11) . The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows : Section 1. That the real property in the City of Hunt ington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, describ- ed as follows: the southwest corner of Heil Avenue and Goldenwest Street and legally described as, Lot 85, Tract 4381 is hereby reclassified from A-1-X General Agricultural Dis- trict to C-4 Highway Commercial District, with setback pro- visions. Section 2.' Section 9211. 38 (Sectional District Map 22-5-11) is hereby amended, and as amended, shall read in words and figures as -follows : 1' LtG t! Bed. No. Q Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published by one insertion in the Huntington Beach News, a weekly newspaper, printed, published and cir- culated in the City of Huntington Beach, California, and thirty (30) days after the adoption thereof, the same shall take effect and be in force.
