HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance #992 ORDINANCE No. 992 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH RELATING TO ZONE CASES Nos, 338, 339,340 and 342 AMENDING SECTIONS 9211.61 (Sectional District Map 18-6-10) , 9211.42 (.Sectional District Map 26-5-11 ) , 9211..62 (Sectional District Map 13-6-11) and 9211.56 (Sectional District Map 11-6-11 ) . The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows : Section 1. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows : Located at the southwest corner of Cannery Street and Hamilton Avenue and legally de- scribed as the NW-4- of the SWa of Section 18-6-10; EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion lying within the Orange County Flood Con- trol District Right-of-way, Is hereby reclassified from M-1 Light Industrial District to R-1 Single Family Residence District. Section 2. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows : Located on the east side of Oak Lane and ap- proximately 280 ft. south of Cypress Avenue and legally described as Lot 4, Block D, Tract No. 436 and the west half of Lot .5, Block D, Tract No. 436, is hereby reclassified from A-1-X General Agricultural Dis- trict as adopted by Interim Ordinance No. 668 to R-3 Limit- ed Multiple Family Residence District. 1. Urd. No. 992 Section 3. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows : Located south of Atlanta Avenue and approx- imately 1710 ft. east of Beach Boulevard and legally described as Lot 4, Tract No. 811, is hereby reclassified from M-1-A-0 Restricted Manufacturing District combined with oil production to R-4 Multiple Family Residence District. Section 4. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows : Located at the intersection of Lake Street and Crest Avenue and legally described as Lot 35, Block 7.05, Wesley Park Section, Is hereby reclassified from R-1 Single Family Residence District to R-3 Limited Multiple Family Residence District. Section 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published by one insertion in the Huntington Beach News, a weekly newspaper, printed, published and cir- culated in the City of Huntington Beach, Cal7ifornia , and thirty (30) days after the adoption thereof, the same shall take effect and be in force.
