The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordian as follows: Section 1. That the real property in the City of Hunt- ington Beach, CMunty of Orange, Stake of California., located approximately 300 feet south of Edinger Avenue and east of Springdale Street, and legally described as follows : The South 2 acres of the North 6 acres of the west 16 acres of the Northwest corner of the NW4 of Section 22-5-11, Is hereby reclassified from A-1-X General Agricultural District' to R-3 Limited Multiple Family Residence District . Section 2. That the real property in the City of Hunt- ington Beach, County of Orange, State of California , located approximately 660 feet east of Beach Boulevard and north of Garfield Avenue and legally described as the South 2.107 acres of the west 5 acres of the SE2 of the Ss 4 of the SIu'4 of Section 36-5-11, is hereby reclassified from A-4-X Suburban Residential District 1. Ord. No. 1031 to R-3 Limited Multiple Family Residence District. Section 3. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, lo- cated 600 feet north of Talbert Avenue and 1320 feet east of Beach Boulevard, and legally described as the NW4, SE4, SWI7 Section 25-5-11; and the Elf NE4f SW4, SW-1 of Section 25-5-11, is hereby reclassified from R-4-X Suburban Residential District as adopted by Interim Ordinance No. 668 to SP-1 Special Zone (Cemetery).
