HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance #1041 ORDINANCE -No. 1041 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH RELATING TO ZONE CASES Nos. 398, 399, 402 and 403; AMEIV'DING THE HUNTING- TON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE BY RECLASSIFY- ING SECTIONS 9211.36 (Sectional District Map 20-5-11) 9 9211.38 (Sectional District Map 22-5-11) 9211.62 (Sectional District Map 13-6-11) and 9211.36 (Sectional Dis- trict Map 20-5-11) . The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows : Section 1. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located approximately 1720 feet south of Edinger Avenue and 1320 feet west of Algonquin street, and legally describ- ed as follows : That portion of the W2 of Section 20=5-11 be- ginning at the SE corner of the W2 .of the NW4 of said Section 20, thence along the east line of said W2 N 00 40' 57" W 920.00 feet; ` thence S 890 43' 15" W 699.99 feet ; thence S 00 16, 45" E 647.86 feet; thence N 89043' 15" E 360. 00 feet• thence S 0 16,45" E 607.27 feet; thence M27" 0b 39' 33" E 100.00 feet; thence N 590 E 102.87 feet to the be- ginning of a tangent curve concave to the south- east having a radius of 270.00 feet; thence easterly along said curve through a central- angle of 300 22, 4811 a distance og 143.16 feet; thence tangent to said curve N 89 43' 151' E 70 59 feet; thence N 00 16 , 45" W 332.32 feet to the Point of Beginning, - is hereby reclassified from R-1 Single Family Residence District to R-3 Limited Multiple Family Residence District. 1. The East 200 feet of the North 210 feet of the NWT of Section 22-5-11, is hereby reclassified from A-1-X General Agricultural Dis- trict to C-4 Highway Commercial District, with setback provisions.
