District Map 25-5-11) and 9.211.61 (Sectional District Map 18-6-1o) . The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows : Section 1. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located on the south side of Newman Avenue (extended) and 41 o feet west of Newland Street, and legally described as, J The 'West 250 feet of the Nam, NE47 SE4, SW`4 Section 25-5-11, Is hereby reclassified from R-1 Single Family Residence District to R-2 Two Family Residence District. Section 2. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, . located at the northeast corner of Banning Avenue and Bush- ard Street, and legally described as, The SUl4 of the SE4 of Section 18-6-10, is hereby reclassified from M-1 Light Industrial District to R-2 Two Family Residence District. 1. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published by one insertion to the Hunt- ington Beach News, a weekly newspaper, printed, published and circulated in the City of Huntington Beach, California, and thirty (30) days after the adoption thereof, the same shall take effect and be in force.
