HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance #1044 ORDINANCE No. 1044 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH RELATING TO ZONE CASE No. 407 ; AMENDING THE HUNTINGTOIJ BEACH ORDINANCE CODE BY PREZONING AND RECLASSIFYING SECTION 9211.351 (Sectional District Map 24-5-12) . The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows: Section 1. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, legally described as, That portion of Parcel "A", described below, lying northerly and westerly ofthe following described line. - Beginning at the most southerly corner of the land described in Deed to Lincoln Fidelity Corp. , December 3, 1963 in Book 6826, Page 518 of Official Records of Orange County, said beginning point also being on the northeasterly line of the California State Highway as shown on a Map filed in Book\14, Page 36 of Records of Survey of said County; thence North 460 32' 00" East, 50.80 feet more or less to the most easterly corner of said Lincoln Fidelity Corp. property and also being a point on the south- westerly line of Tide Land location No. 141, recorded in Book 1, Pag%194 of Patents of said Orange County; thence N8rth 46 32' 00" East, 24.00 feet; thence 0 North 43 28' 00" Nest, 104.38 feet; thence North 43 oo' 53" East, 124.80 feet more or less to a point in the northeasterly line of said Tide Land Location No. 141 and the northeasterly line of Parcel "A", said point being South 52 45' 00" East, 100.00 feet from the most northerly corner of . said Parcel "A", Is hereby prezoned and reclassified from County C-2 General to City C-2 Business District/Community Business District, with setback provisions ; and 1.
