AN ORDINANCE OF TIM CITY OF HUNTINGTON
BEACH RELATING TO ZONE CASE No. 38%;
REPEALING A SECTION OF THE HUNTINGTON
BEACH ORDINANCE CODE RECLASSIFYING SEC-
TION 9211.41 (Sectional District Map
25-5-11) .
The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1031, pass-
ed and adopted by the City Council on January 20, 1964,. re-
classifying real property in the City of Huntington Beach.,
County of Orange, State of California, located 600 feet north
of Talbert Avenue and 990 - felote east of Beach Boulevard, and
legally described as,
SW', Section 25-6-11; and the
E-21 NE-i
S Wl�, Slffw', Section 25-5-11,
from R-4-X, Suburban Residence District, as adopted by Inter-
im Ordinance No. 668, to SP-1 Special Zone (Cemetery) is here-
by repealed and the property therein described is restored
to the original classification of R-4-X, Suburban Residence
District, as adopted by Interim Ordinance No. 668.

Section 3 The City Clerk shall certify to the -pass-
age and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to
be published by one insertion in the Huntington Beach News ,
a weekly newspaper, printed, published and circulated in the
City of Huntington Beach, California, and thirty (30) days•
after the adoption thereof, the same shall take effect and be
in force.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Huntington Beach, California, this 4th day of May, 1964.

I, PAUL C. JONES, the duly elected, qualified and acting
City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach and ex-officio Clerk of the
City Council of the said City, do hereby certify that the whole number
of members of the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach is five;
that the foregoing ordinance was read to,;said City Council at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 20th day. of :' April ,1964, and was
again read to said City Council at a regular meeting thereof.held on the
4th day of May 1964 , and was passed and adopted by
the affirmative vote of more than a majority of all the members of said
City Council.
