HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance #1054 ORDINANCE No. 1054 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH RELATING TO ZONE CASE No. 425; AMENDING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE BY "RECLASSIFYING SECTION 9211.36 (Sectional District Map 20-5-11) . The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows: Section 1. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange , State of California, located on the east side of Green Street 660 feet north of Warner Avenue , and legally described as, The South 82.5 feet of Lot 1, Block 16, Tract 86, is hereby reclassified from County R-4 Suburban Residence District to City R-3 Limited Multiple Family Residential District. Section 2. That Section 9211.36 (Sectional District Map 20-5-11) is hereby amended and as amended, shall read in words and figures as follows: 1. Ord. No. 1054 Section 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published by one insertion in the Huntington Beach News, a weekly newspaper, printed, published and cir- culated in the City of Huntington Beach, California and thirty (30) days after the adoption thereof, the same shall take eff ect and be in force.
