The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows: Section 1. That the real property in the City of Hunt- ington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located generally between Atlanta Avenue and Hamilton Avenue on the west side of Newland Street and the west side of Cannery Street, and legally described as : The South 3/4 of the E'j. NW4 of Section 13-6-.11 and the South 809.87 feet of the Ej of the SW4, NW" of said Section; and The South 3/4 of the Ej. NE.1 of Section 13.6-11 and the South 230.00 feet of the East 680.01 feet of the SW4 of the NE, of said Section, are hereby reclassified from M-1-0 Light Industrial District Combined with Oil Production to M-l-A-O Restricted Manufactur- ing District Combined with Oil Production. Section 2. That the real property in the City of Hunt- ington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located 660 feet west of Newland Street on the south side of Garfield Avenue and legally described as: 1. Ord.
