The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows: Section 1. That Section 1577 is hereby amended, and as amended shall read in words and figures as follows : S 1577 . Number of Employees: The number of employees authorized in each department by Class Title and Salary and Range, to be effective on July 1, 1964, is as set forth in the following section: Section 2.
