HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance #1070 ORDINANCE No. 107.0 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH RELATING TO VEHICLES; AMENDING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE BY RENUMBERING SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 60. The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows: Section 1. That sections of Chapter 60, are hereby renumbered and as renumbered, shall read in words and figures, as follows: Section 6102.1. Repairing Automobiles on Public Streets or Highways. No person shall park, stop or leave standing any vehicle for a period of time longer than twelve (12) hours on any public street or highway in the City, unless such vehicle is in a condition to be lawfully operated upon the public high.- ways; and no person shall repair, dismantle, overhaul or do any mechanical work upon any vehicle or any part of any public street or highway in the City except to change rims, to replace flat tires, or to make other emergency repairs to enable such vehicle to be moved to the proper place for mechanical work. Section 6311.1. Standard Vehicle within 5 feet of Railroad Tracks. No person shall park or leave standing any vehicle within five (5) feet of any railroad tracks within the City. 1. Ord.
