The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows : Section 1. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located at the southwest corner of Garfield Avenue and Brookhurst street and legally described as The North 363 feet of the East 384 feet of Section 6-6-10) 9 is hereby reclassified from A-1-Y General Agricultural Dis- trict, as adopted by Interim Ordinance No. 672 to C-2 Community Business District, with setback provisions. Section 2. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, locat- ed north and south of Hamilton Avenue and west of Bushard Street and legally described as PARCEL 1: The SE., NW , Section 18-6-10 EXCEPT- ING THE North 180 feet thereof. ALSO EXCEPTING the West 180 feet thereof, 1. Ord.
