BEACH RELATING TO ZONE CASES NO. 472 AND 473: AMENDING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE- BY RECLASSIFYING SECTIONS 9061.33 (SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 21-5-11) AND 9061.11 (SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 2-6-11). The City Council -of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows: Section 1. That the real property in the City of Hunt- ington .Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located 413:46 feet North of Heil Avenue on the east side of Bolsa Chica Street and legally described as : The North 57 _+ feet of the South 512 + feet of the West 395 + feet of the SW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 21-5-11. is hereby reclassified from G-1 Neighborhood Commercial District to .R-5 Professional , Motel and Trailer Park District. Section 2. That the real property in the City of Hunt- ington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located at the Northeast corner of Bolsa =Chica "Street and Heil Avenue and legally described as : The South 455 feet of the West 395 feet of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4, NW1/4, Section 21-5-11. is hereby reclassified from C-1 Neighborhood Commercial District to C-2 Community Business District with setback pro- visions. Section 3. That the real property in the City of Hunt- ington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located at the Southwest corner of Beach Boulevard and Garfield Avenue and legallyLdescribed as : Lots 12 , 13 , 14, 157 16, Mountain View Tract, Blocks 3208 B, 31081 3107 B and all cof Block 3007, excepting the South 186.44 feet thereof, East Side Villa Tract. Ord. No. 1090 is hereby reclassified from C-4 Highway Commercial District and R-4-X Suburban Residential District as adopted by Interim Ordinance No. 668 to C-2 Community Business District with setback provisions: and Section 4. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located at the northeast corner of Clay Street and Florida Avenue and legally described as: Block 2907 and the South 186. 44 feet of Block 3007, East Side Villa Tract. is hereby reclassified from R-4-X Suburban Residential District as ad- opted by Interim Ordinance No. 668 to R-3 Multiple Family Residence District . . Section 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published by one insertion in the Huntington Beach News, a weekly newspaper, printed, published and circulated in the City of Huntington Beach, California, and thirty (30) days after the adoption thereof, the same shall take effect and be in force.
