That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, Xocated at the northeasterly corner of Pacific Coast Highway and the prolongation of Anderson Street and legally described as: Beginning at a point on the northerly line of State Highway 101, as shown on a map recorded in Book 53, page 28 of Record of Surveys, Records of said County, distant Southeasterly 150. 00 feet, measured along said Northerly line from the most Westerly c corner of that certain tract of land shown on said map; thence at right angles to said northerly line north 23°08'00" E 150.00 feet; thence easterly at right angles to a point on the northwesterly boun- dary line of Rancho La Bolsa Chica, as shown on said map; thence southwesterly along said northwesterly boundary line to said north- erly line of State Highway 101; thence westerly along sadi northerly line to the point of beginning. is hereby reclassified from R-1 Single Family Residence District to C-2 Community Business District with setback provisions.
