ORDINANCE NO. 1099 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH RELATING TO ZONE CASE NO. 474; AMENDING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE BY RECLASSIFYING SECTIONS 9061. 3 (Sec- tional District Map 19-5-11) and 9061. 44 (Sectional Dis- trict'Map 30-5-11) The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows: Section 1. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California , located northeasterly of Pacific Coast Highway and Warner Avenue and legally described as: Beginning at the point of intersection of the north line of Warner Avenue (formerly Los Patos Avenue) 60 feet wide as. shown on Record of Survey Map recorded in Book 7, Page 20, Record of Surveys, records of said County with the northeasterly right of way line of Pacific Coast Highway 100 feet wide as per deed re- corded in Book 410, page 165 of Official Records, records of said County, said point of intersection being a point in a curve in said right of way line concave to the southwest having a radius of 3050 feet, a radial line from said point of intersection bearing S 48' 35'22"W; thence northwesterly along said curve through a cen- tral angle of 1°57'56" a distance of 104. 63 feet; thence tangent to said curve and along said right of way line N 43°22'34"W 400.
