(sectional District Map 25-5-11) and 9061.41 (Sectional District leap 27-5-11) . The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows: Section 1. That the real property in the City of Hunt- ington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located on the west side of Edwards Street and 1320 feet south of War- ner Avenue and legally described as: The N' SEg, 14 N . Section 27-5-1l.; EXCEPTING THEIIEMOM the East 528 feet of the South 330 feet of said Nj, SEg, TW4, section 27-5-11, Tract 5590 is hereby reclassified from A-1-X General Agricultural District as adopted by Interim Ordinance No. 668 to R-.1 Single Family Eesidence District. Section 2. That the real property in the City of Hunt- ington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located 660 feet north' of Talbert Avenue' 990 feet east of Beach-, Boule- vard and legally described as: N , SEA, SVur1, and the Ez, NEB, Section 25-5-11, 1. Ord. No. 1111 is hereby reclassified from R4-X Suburban Residential District as adopted by Interim Ordinance No. 668 to SP-1 Special Zone - Cemetery. Section 3.
