HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance #1123 ORDINANCE No. 1123 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH RELATING TO ZONE CASES Nos. 501 and 502; AMENDING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE BY RECLASSIFYING SECTIONS 9061.35 (Sectional District Map 23-5-11) and 9061.16 (Sectional District Map 7-6-1.o) The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows: Section 1. That the real property in the City of Hunt- ington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located approximately 150 feet west of Beach Boulevard between Glencoe and MacDonald Streets and legally described as: Lot 148, Tract 417, and Lot 10, Block A. TI•act 5229, are hereby reclassified from R-2 Two Family Residence Dis- trict to C-4 Highway Commercial District with setback pro- visions. Section 2. That the real property in the City of Hunt- ington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located on the west side of Bushard Street 1024•:76, s feet south of Adams Avenue and legally described as: PARCEL 1: That portion of the Northwest quarter of Sectional, In Township 6 South Range 10 West, in the Rancho Las. Bolses, in the 61ty of Huntington Beach, as said section is shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 51, page 14, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described as follows : Beginning at a oint on the Vest line of said Section 7, South 1024.4 feet from the Northwest corner of 1. Ord. No. 1125 said section; thence South 9 4.76 feet along said section line; thence East 26 2.10 feet parallel with the North line of said Section to an intersection with the North and South quarter section line of said section; thence Northerly along said North and South quarter section line 994.76 feet to a point 1G,24.76 feet Southerly of the Northeast corner of the North- west quarter of said section; thence westerly 2642.10 feet parallel with the North line of said section to the point of beginning;.
