That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, lo— cated on the south side of Liberty Street and 162 feet west of Beach Boulevard, and legally described as : The N-1/2, Lot 18, Tract 411 is hereby reclassified from R-4_X Suburban Residence Dis- trict as adopted by Interim Ordinance No. 668 to C-1 Neigh- borhood Commercial District, with setback provisions. Section 2. That Section 9061.4 (Sectional District Map 26-5-11) is hereby amended, and as amended, shall read in words and figures, as follows : 1.
