HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance #1136 ORDINANCE No. 1136 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH RELATING TO TRAFFIC; AMENDING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE BY ADD- ING SECTIONS 6315 and 6315.1 TO AtRTICLE 631. The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows: Section 1. That the following new sections are hereby added to Article 631 of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code to read in words and figures as follows: Section 6315. BOLSA AVENUE. No person shall stop, park or leave standing any vehicle, either attended, or un- attended, on Bolsa Avenue between Bolsa Chics Street and Springdale Street, except in emergencies. Section 6315.1. SIGNS. The Director of Public Works shall install. official signs and/or curb markings. designating the no stopping zone �on Bolsa Avenue between Bolsa Chica Street and Springdale Street. Section 2, The City Clerk shall certify to the pass- age and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published by one insertion in the Huntington Beach News a weekly newspaper, printed, published and circulated in the City of Huntington Beach, California, and thirty (30) days after the adoption thereof, the same shall take effect and be In force. is Ord.
