The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows: Section 1. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, lo- cated on the southwest corner of Brookhurst Street and Bush- ard Street, and legally described as:, Beginning at the southeast corner of Tract 3903, as recorded in book 165, pages 48 thru 50 inclu- sive of Miscellaneous Maps and records of Orange County, California, said corner also being on toe true centerline of Bushard Street; thence S. 0 38' 30" E. a distance of 265+ feet to a point; thence S 890 21' 30" W. 180+ feet to a point; thence N.
