The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows: Section 1. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located adjacent to and south of the south line of Tract 3903, 591 ft. west of Bushard Street abutting the Orange County Flood Control District Channel and legally described as: Beginning at the southeast corner of Tract 3903 as recorded in Book 165, Pages 48 through 50 inclusive of Mis- cellaneous Maps and records of Orange County, California. Said corner also being on the true c8nterline of Bushard Street thence S. 89 311 15" W. 621.4 + ft. to th8 true point of beginning; Thenc8 S. 0 28t' 45", E. 68.6+ ft. thence; S. 73 011 24" W. 295.2+ ft.—to a point located on the westerly line of the, Orange County Flood Control District D2-2 Channel; thence northwesterly along said ,channel 170.00+ ft. to a point located on 'the south boundary line of Tract 3903; thence east along said Tract boundary line 358.2+ ft. to the true point of beginning. is hereby reclassified from R-5 Office Professional District Ord.
