HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance #1177 ORDINANCE NO. 1177 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH RELATINGITO ZONE CASE 540; AMEND- ING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE BY RECLASSIFYING DPI-13 (SECTIONAL DIS- TRICT MAP 12-6-11) . The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach ordain as follows: Section 1. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located 560 ft. south and 740 ft. west of the intersection of Adams Avenue and Cannery Street and legally described as: The E. 1980 ft. of the N. 1370 ft. of the NE4, Section 12, T. 6S. , R. 11 W. , SBBM Except: The E. 740 ft. of the N. 560 ft. of said NE4. Also Except: The E2 of the N Q, NEQ of said Section 12. is hereby reclassified from R-2 Two Family Residence District to R-1 Single Family Residence District. Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published by one insertion in the Huntington Beach News a weekly newspaper, printed, published and circulated in the City of Huntington Beach, California, and thirty (30) days after the adoption thereof, the same shall take effect and be in. force.
