The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows: Section 1. That the real property in the City of a Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located 750. feet north of Garfield Avenue, between Stang Lane and Delaware Street and legally described .as: 1. NJ, Lot 9, Blk G. Tract 7, Book 9, Page 8, Misc. Maps. 2. Lot 7, Blk G, Tract 7, Book 9, Page 8, Misc. Maps. 3. Si Lot 69 Blk G. Tract 7, Book 9, Page 89 Misc. The City Clerk shall certify to the pass- age and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published by one insertion in the Huntington Beach News, a weekly newspaper, printed, published and circulated in the City of Huntington Beach, California, and thirty (30) days after the adoption thereof, the same shall take effect and be in force.
