The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows : Section 1. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located, on the north side of Liberty Street approximately 10001 west of Beach Boulevard and legally described as : The west 1/2 of the S! of Lot 9, 2 Tract 411 , is hereby reclassified from R_4_X Single Family Residence District to R-2 Two Family Residence District; and Section 2. That the real property in the City of . Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located on the east side of Brookhurst Street approximately 1600 feet south of Indianapolis Avenue and legally described as : Parcel l. - A parcel of land being a part of the J.A.Day Tract, mm 4-50, Records of Orange County,Calif- ornia, lying in the SW-1, Section 8 T6s, Rlow, S.B.& M. , City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, more particularly described as follows : Ord.No. 1202 All of those portions of Lots 3,4, and 5 of the said J.A.Day Tract lying westerly of the west line of the 180 foot easement 3960-339 O.R. and south of a line having a bearing of N 890 36110" E whose westerly terminus lies N 000 34'50" W, 1470.97 feet north of the SW corner of said Section 8.
