DM-7 Sectional District Map 7-6-10 . The City Council of the City of •Huntington Beach does ordain as follows : Section 1. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located. south of Atlanta Avenue and east of Brookhurst Street and legally described as : The Southerly 6 .3 acres, more or less, of that portion of the J. A. Day Tract in Section 17, Township 6 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Las Bolsas, as shown on a map recorded. in Book 4, Page 50, of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, described as follows : Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northwest quarter of said section; thence along the north line of said section North 89035 ' 35" East 806 . 58 feet to the Westerly line of the Southern Califor- nia Edison Company Right-of-Way as described by a deed recorded. in Book 3960, Page 339, Records of Orange County; thence along said Westerly line South 13034 '52" West 1115 .75 feet to the Northerly line of Tract 744 as recorded in Book 23, Page 43, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County; thence along said Northerly line South 89039120" West 534.06 feet to the West line of said section; thence along said West line North 00036140" West 1082.06 feet to the point of beginning, is hereby reclassified from R-A-O Residential Agricultural District combined with Oil Production to R-1 Single Family Residence District . 1 Ord.
