The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows : Section 1. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of. California, located south of Humboldt Drive and west 6f Saybrook Lane and legally described as : That portion of the west half of Section 20, Township 5 South Range 11 West, in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, a-s per M. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published by one insertion in the Huntington Beach News, a weekly newspaper, printed, published and cir- culated in the City of Huntington Beach, California, and thirty (30) days after the adoption thereof, the same shall take effect and be in force.
