The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows : Section 1. That the real property in the City of Hunt- ington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located on the south side of Warner Avenue and west of Beach Boule- vard, and legally described as : PARCEL 1. Commencing at the point of beginning, said point being the NE corner of Section 26-5-11 and running thence south along Beach Blvd. a distance of 821.421 , thence west and parallel to Warner Avenue 223.71' ; thence north and parall- el to Beach Boulevard. 164'±; thence west and parallel to Warner Avenue 213.71' ; thence north and parallel to Beach Blvd. 260'±; thence west parallel to Warner Avenue 4361- ; thence north and parallel to Beach Blvd. 397.421 ; thence east along Warner Avenue 873.42' to the point of beginning, is hereby reclassified from R-2-X Two Family Residence Dis- trict (County) and C-1 Neighborhood Commercial District to C-4 Highway Commercial District, with setback provisions. Section 2. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, lo- cated on the south side of Warner Avenue and west of Beach Boulevard, and legally described as : PARCEL 2.
