HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance #1305 ORDINANCE No. 1305 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH RELATING TO ZONE CHANGE 67-1; AMENDING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE BY RECLASSIFYING DM-31 (Sect- ional District Map 26-5-11) The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows: Section 1. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, locat- ed north of Talbert Avenue and west of Beach Boulevard and le- gally described as: Lots 1-11 of Tract 5322, is hereby reclassified from C-1 Neighborhood Commercial Dis- trict to R-3 Limited Multiple Family Residence District; and The west 297.071 of the east 627.07' of the south 220± of the SE4 of the SE4 of Section 26-5-11, is hereby reclassified from C-1 Neighborhood Commercial Dis- trict to R-5 Office-professional District; and The east 3309 of the SE4 of the SE4 of the SE4 of Section 26-5-11, is hereby reclassified from C-1 Neighborhood Commercial Dis- trict to C-4 Highway Commercial District with setback provis- ions. Ord. No. 1305 Section 2. The Planning Director of the City of Huntington Beach is hereby instructed and directed to change DN-31 (Sectional District fTap 26-5-11) so as to show the zoning changes described in Section 1 here- of, and as said district maps shall have been so amended, the same shall remain in full force and effect and be a part of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code. Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published by one insertion in the Huntington Beach News, a weekly newspaper, printed, published and circulated in the City of Huntington Beach, California, and thirty (30) days after the adoption thereof, the same shall take effect and be in force.
