HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance #1310 ORDINANCE No. 1310 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH RELATING TO ZONE CASE 67-2; AMENDING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE BY RECLASSIFYING DM-19 (Sectional Dis- trict Map 17-6-10) The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows : Section 1. That the real property in the City of Hunt- ington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located north of Hamilton Avenue and east of Brookhurst Street and legally described as : Parcel 1: Lots 7 �3'4- 6'7 10,11,13,14,5,16,18&24-, 25, 26o36i3 '32 37,38,4�0, 3, , 5, , 7,50,51 52 53,55,5 ,57,59, , ,6 3, 69,71,75 and as to their or either of their interest in Lot 23, as to 1/2 thereof, of Tract No. 211, as shown on a map recorded in book 13, page 4.0 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. Parcel 2: Lof 17 of Tract No. 211, as per map recorded in book 13, page 40 of Miscellaneous ;Maps, excepting therefrom all oil, hydrocarbons, gas and other associated substances and other minerals and kindred substances in and/or lying under said land, together with the right of entry to the subsurface of said property at any point 500 or more vertical feet below the surface thereof, and- to take and remove any kind and all of said substances from said property and reduce same to possession but without the right of entry upon or from the surface of said property as reserved by Ruth O'Mailia in a deed recorded March 13, 1956 in book 3455, page 447 of Offic- ial Records. Parcel 26: Lot 6 of Tract 193 as shown on a map recorded in book 12, page 49 miscellaneous maps and records of Orange County, California, is hereby reclassified from R-A-O Residential Agricultural District combined with oil production to C4 Highway Commercial District with setback provisions . Section 2 . The Planning Director of the City of Huntington Beach is hereby directed and instructed. to change DM-19 (Sectional District Map 17-6-10) so as to show the zoning change described in Section 1 here- of, and. as said district map shall have been so amended, the same shall remain in full force and effect and be a part of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code. Section 3 . The City Clerk shall certify to the pass- age and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published. by one insertion in the Huntington Beach News, a weekly newspaper, printed, published and circulated. in the City of Huntington Beach, California, and. thirty (30) days after the adoption thereof, the same shall take effect and be in force . 5 - Ord.
