HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance #1321 l ORDINANCE NO. 1321 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH RELATING TO ZONE CASE NO. 67-10 AS MODIFIED ; AMENDING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH. ORDINANCE CODE BY RECLASSIFYING DM-40 (Sectional District Map 36-5-11) The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows : Section 1. That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, is generally located at the northeast corner of Ellis Ave- nue and Beach Boulevard and legally described as : The west 285 ' ± of the south 830 ' ± of the SW,-� of the NW1 of Section 36-5-11 is hereby reclassified from RA Residential Agricultural District to C-4 Highway Commercial District with setback provisions; Section 2 . That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, generally located at the northeast corner of Ellis Avenue and Beach Boulevard and legally described as : The west 285 ' -± of the north 2Y3 ' of the south 1033 ' of the SW,� of the NWT of Section 36-5-11 is hereby reclassified from R-A Residential Agricultural District to R-5 Office Professional District; Section 3 . That the real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, generally located at the northeast corner of Ellis Avenue and Beach Boulevard and legally described as : 1 - Ord. No . 1321 Two Family Residence District. Section 6. The Planning Director of the City of Huntington Beach is hereby directed and instructed to change DM-40 (Sectional District Map 36-5-11) so as to show the zoning change described in Section 1, 2 3, 4, and 5 hereof, and as said district map shall have been so amended, the same shall remain in full force and effect and be a part of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code . Section 7 . The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published by one insertion in the Huntington Beach News, a weekly newspaper, printed, published and circulated in the City of Huntington Beach, California, and thirty (30) days after the adoption thereof, the same shall take effect and be in force .
