Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Beach Boulevard and Atlanta Avenue; thence southerly along the centerline Of Beach Boulevard to Ocean Avenue (U.S.101) ; thence northwesterly along the centerline of Ocean Avenue to First Street; thence northeasterly along the centerline of First Street to Lake Street; thence northerly along the centerline of Lake Street to Atlanta Street; thence easterly along the centerline of Lake Street to Atlanta Street; thence easterly along the centerline of Atlanta Street to the point of beginning; excepting the areas described as follows: Those portions of Fractional gection 14 Township 6 South Range 11 West San Bernardino Base and Meridian as shown on a map recorded in Book 24, pages 25 and 27of Miscellan- eous Maps, Records of Orange County, described as follows: Parcel A: Beginning at a point on the west line of the north- east quarter of said section 14, 195 feet south of the north- west corner of the northeast quarter of said Section 14;thence west 83 feet more or less; thence on a line parallel to and 150 feet from the centerline of First Street s40O 38' 00" W- Ord. No. 1329 That 7.04 acres bounded on the east by the east line of Section 14-6-11; on the south by the high tide line; on the west by a line perpendicular to the Pacific Electric Railroad and 1610.04' northwesterly of the east line of said Section 14-6-11; and on the north by the southwesterly right-of-way line of the Pacific Electric Railroad, is hereby reclassified from R-3-0 Limited Multiple Family Res- idence District combined with oil production, R-5-0 Office- Professional District combined with oil production and C-3-0 General Business District combined with oil production to R-3 Limited Multiple Family Residence District and R-5 Office Pro- fessional District and C-3 General Business District with set- back provisions, and R-1-0 Single Family Residence District combined with oil production to R-1 Single Family Residence District. Section 2, The Planning Director of the City of Hunt- Beach is hereby directed and instructed to change DM-16 (Sectional District Map 14-6-11 ) so as to show the zoning change described- in Section -1 hereof, -and as said district map shall have been so amended, the same shall remain in full force- and effect and be a part of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code. Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published by one- insertion- in the Huntington Beach News, a weekly newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of Huntington Beach, California, and thirty (30) days 4.
