The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows: Section 1. That the real property In the City of Huntington Beach, County of orange, State of California, bounded by Indianapolis Avenue on the north, Hamilton Avenue on the south, Newland Street on the east and Beach Boulevard on the west and legally described as : The west 600,± of the south 1295'+ of the SWij of Section 12-6-11, is hereby reclassified from C-1 Neighborhood Commercial Dis- trict to c-4 Highway Commercial District, with setback provis- ions; and The west 5451± of the north 19801± of the west -1 5 of the NWZI of Section 13-6-11; except the property dedicated PO the State of California for highway purposes; is hereby reclassified from C-2 Community Business District to C-4 Highway Commercial District, with setback provisions; and Lots 1,29,3,4, the north 464.50' of Lot 6, Lots .M and X Of Tract 811; except the north 258.71' of the east 248.71# Of Lot 6 of Tract 811; Also the north 258-71' of the east 248,711 of Lot 69 and N and Y of Tract 811, Ord. NO. 1330 is hereby reclassified from RA-0 Residential Agricultural District combined with oil production and R-4 Multiple Family Residence District to R-3 Limited Multiple Family Residence District; and The south 1521 of the north 2639.461 of the east 720.84, of the A of Nvjlk of section '�Y 13-6-119 Is hereby reclassified from Ml-A-O Restricted Manufacturing District combined with oil production to R-A Residential Agricultural District; and All of Lot 5, the north 2.73 acres of Lot 1-0, the north 510' Of Lot 11 of Tract 811; Block C of Tract 876; except the south 12011 of Lots 16-30, Block C. Section 3, The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published by one insertion in the Huntington Beach News, a weekly newspaper, printed, published and circulated in the City of Huntington Beach, California, and thirty (30) days after -the adoption thereof, the same shall take effect and be In force.
