The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does or- dain as follows Section 1. That the real property in the City of Hunt- ington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located at-th-e._southwest corner of Slater Avenue and Golden West Street and legally described as : Parcel 1. S 651 of the N 305' of the E 130t of the SE! Section 27, T. 5St R 11 W9 S.B.M. Parcel 2. Eili of th.p NE11- SEI$' Sect. 27, T. 5S., R llw. S. B.M. EXCEPT: S 651 of the N 3051 of the E 130' of the StL sect. 27, T. 5St R 11 W, S.B.M. , Is hereby reclaasified',from R-3 Limited Multiple Family Residence District and R-A Residential Agricultural District to R-1 Single Family Residence /strict. Section 2. That the real property in the City of Hunt- ington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located at the southeast corner of Atlanta Avenue and Brookhurst Street and legally described as :, The east 25 ft. of the west 235 ft. of the north 225 ft. and the south 25 ft. of the north 225 ft. of the west 210 ft. of the northwest quartbr of Section 17-6-10 West,SBB&M. being part of the J-A-Day Tract, mK 4-50 in the City Of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, Ord. NO. 1345 is hereby reclassified from R-A-0 -.Residential Agricultural District combined with oil production to C-2 Community Bus- iness District with a 50 ft- setback from ultimate right of way line, Section 3. That the real property in the City of Hunt- ington Reach, California, located at the south side of Garfield Avenue, a.,o1,roximately 650 ft. west of Brookhurst Street, and legally described as; The North 24 acres of the East half of the North- east quarter of Section 6-6-10 in the Rancho Las Bolsas as shown on a map recorded in book 51, page 14 of miscellaneous pIaps, records of Orange County, California, E:7CE.PTING THEBEFBOM the East 380 ft, also except- ing therefrom the West 462 feet, also excepting therefrom street dedication to the local public agency for the right-of-way of Garfield Avenue, Is hereby reclassified from R-5 Office professional District to C-2 Community Business District with a 50 ft- setback from ultimate right-of-sway line. Section 4, The Planning Director of the City of Hunt- ington Beach is hereby directed and instructed to change DM-32 (Sectional District ;dap 27-5-11 ) DM-19 (Sectional District Map 17-6-10) and DM-6 (Sectional District Map 6-6-10 ) so as to show the zoning change described in Sections 1, 2 and 3 hereof and as said district map shall have been so amended, the same shall remain in full force and effect and be a part of the Huntington Reach Ordinance Code. 2. Ord. No. 1345 Section 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the pass- age and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published by one insertion in the Huntington Beach News, a weekly newspaper printed, ublished and circulated in the City of Huntington Beach, California, and thirty (30) days after the adoption thereof, the same shall take effect and be in force.
