ORDINANCE No. 1386 AV ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH RELATING TO ZONE CASE No. 67-34; AMENDING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE BY RECLASSIFYING DM-24 (SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 21-5-11) . The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does or- dain as follows : Section 1. That the real property in the City of Hunting- ton Beach, County of Orange, State of California, located on the northwest corner of Springdale Street and Warner Avenue, and le- gally described as: That portion of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 212 Township 5 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho La Bolse Chica, City of Huntington Beach, Orange County, California, lying South and East of that certain strip of land, 196.00 feet in width, lying 98.00 feet on each side of the following described center- line: Beginning at a point on the south line of said Section (said South line being also the centerline of Wintersburg Avenue) distant North 890 270 07" West, 879.39 feet from the Southeast corner of said Section, said Southeast corner being also the centerline intersect- ion of said Wintersburg Avenue and Springdale Street, said point of beginning being on a non-tangent curve, concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 1,000.00 feet (a radial to said point bears North 710 32. 15" West) ; thence Northeasterly, 1182 14 feet along the are of said curve through a centrQl angle of 67r' 43154" to a point to which a radial bears North 3 48921" West, said point be- ing on the East line of said Section (said East line Being also the centerline of said Springdale Street) distant North 0 13•59" East, 689.53 feet from said Southeast corner of said Section; SUBJECT TO a perpetual easement described in order of Condemnation recorded March 3, 1961, in Book 5646, page 930 of Official Records, as amended by amendment recorded May 39 1961, in Book 5711 at page 182 of Official Records of Orange County, California, over the following described portion thereof, to wit; That portion of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 219 Townbhip 5 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho La Bolsa Chica,City of Huntington Beach, 1. Ord. No. 1386 Orange County, California , as said Section is shown on a map recorded in Book 51, page 13, Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, Described as follows: Commencing at a point on the South line of said Sect- ion 21, being also on the centerline of Wintersburg Avenue, distant thereon North 890 271 0711 West, 764.32 feet feet from the centerline intersection of said Winters- burg Avenue and Springdale Street; thence North 0032153" East, 30.00 feet to a point, being the intersection of the North line of said Wintersburg Avenue and the East- erly right of way line of that certain Orange County Flood Control District channel known as East Garden Grove-Wintersburg Channel, being the true point of beginning; thence South 89° 27#0711 East, 150.00 feet along the North line of said Wintersburg Avenue;thence North 890 079 2111 West, 147.67 feet to a point on said Easterly flood control right of way line, being on a curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 902.00 feet, a radial line through said point bearing South 670 03' 39" East; thence Southwesterly along said curve 6.4�7 feet through a central angle of 0 20 4.211 to the true point of beginning, a radial line through said point bearing South 670 281 21" East, Is hereby reclassified from R-A Residential Agricultural District to C-4 Highway Commercial District, Section 2. The planning Director of the City of Hunt- ington Beach is hereby directed and instructed to change DM-24 (Sectional District Map 21-5-11) so as to show the zoning change described in Section 1 hereof, and as said district map shall have been so amended, the same shall remain in full force and effect and be a part of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code. Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be 2.
