AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AMENDING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 9061 THEREOF TO PROVIDE FOR CHANGE OF ZONING ON REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST SIDE OF PACIFIC COAST HIGH- WAY (ZONE CHANGE NO. 71-5) WHEREAS , pursuant to the Conservation and Planning Law, the Huntington Beach Planning Commission and Huntington Beach City Council have had separate public hearings relative to Zone Change Case No. 71-5 wherein both bodies have carefully considered all information presented at said hearings , and after due consideration of the findings and recommendations of the Planning Commission and all evidence presented to said City Council, the City Council finds that such zone change is proper, NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows : SECTION 1. SECTION 2 . The Planning Director of the City of Huntington Beach is hereby directed to change District Map 3 (Sectional District Map 3-6-11) , District Map 4 (Sectional District Map 4-6-11) , and District Map 10 (Sectional District Map 10-6-11) to incorporate the zone change described in Section l hereof, and as said district maps shall have been amended, the same shall remain in full force and effect and be a part of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code . A copy of said district maps , as amended hereby, are available for inspection in the office of the City Clerk. SECTION 3 . Section 9061, District Maps 3 , 4, and 10 thereof, are hereby amended by Zone Case No . 71-5 , effective July, 1971 . SECTION 4 . This ordinance shall take effect thirty days after its adoption. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and cause same to be published within fifteen days after adoption in the Huntington Beach News, a weekly newspaper of gen- eral circulation, printed and published in Huntington Beach, Cali- fornia.
