Home My WebLink AboutOrdinance #1767 ORDINANCE NO. 1767 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AMENDING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE BY AMENDING DISTRICT MAP 13 TO INCLUDE PRE- CISE PLAN NO. 72-5 WHEREAS, pursuant to the Conservation and Planning Law, particularly Government Code Sections 65351 et seq. , the Plan- ning Commission of the City of Huntington Beach , after notice duly given, held a public hearing on May 2 , 1972 which was continued to and concluded on May 9 , 1972 , relative to Precise plan a street alignment Plan No. 72-5 to precise nment for the east- erly g erly extension of "HH" Drive within Tentative Tract No . 7692 , to terminate in a cul de sac ; and On June 19 , 1972 , after notice duly given, hearing was held before this Council on the proposed precise plan, and the matter having been considered, the Council finds that said Pre- cise Plan No. 72-5 is reasonably necessary to the orderly and efficient flow of traffic , for the preservation of the health and safety of the inhabitants of the city, and for the orderly development of the community, NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby ordain as follows : SECTION 1. That the real property hereinafter described and shown on the map designated Exhibit "A" hereto attached, incorporated herein and by reference made a part hereof, is hereby designated and adopted as Precise Plan No . 72-5 of the City g of Huntington Beach . SECTION 2 . District Map 13 (Sectional District Map 12-6-11) is hereby amended to include Precise Plan No. 72-5 , to precise plan a street alignment for the easterly extension of "HH" Drive within Tentative Tract No . 7692 , to terminate in a cul de sac . 1 . SECTION 3 . The precise plan, as shown on the map designated as Exhibit "A," amending Sectional District Map 12-6-11, is hereinafter more particularly described and shall be as follows : That portion of the southeast one-quarter (SE 1/4) of the northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 12 , Township 6 South, Range 11 West , in the Rancho Las Bolsas , City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange , State of California, as per map recorded in Book 51, page 14 , of Miscellaneous Maps , in the office of the County Recorder of said county described as follows : Beginning at the southeast corner of said southeast one-quarter (SE 1/4) ; thence westerly along the south line of said southeast one-quarter (SE 1/4) 267 .00 feet to a line, said line also being perpen- dicular to said south line; thence northerly along said line 143 . 00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING: thence easterly along a line parallel with and 143 .00 feet northerly , measured at right angles , from said south line 28 .42 feet to a point on a curve concave to the southwest having a radius of 54 .00 feet ; thence southeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 38144122" an arc distance 36 .51 feet to a point on a curve concave to the west having a radius of 46 .00 feet ; thence along said curve through a central angle of 257128144" an arc distance 206 .72 feet to a point on a curve concave to the northwest having a radius of 54 .00 feet ; thence southwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 38144122" an arc distance 36 .51 feet to a point on a line , said line being parallel with and 191.00 feet northerly, measured at right angles , from said south line; thence westerly along said line 28 . 42 feet to a point on a line , said line being perpendicular to said south line; thence southerly along said line 48 . 00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. SECTION 4 . This ordinance shall take effect thirty days after its adoption. The City Clerk shall certify to the pas- sage of this ordinance and cause same to be published within fifteen days after adoption in the Huntington Beach News , a weekly newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in Huntington Beach, California.
