ORDINANCE NO. 1965 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AMENDING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 9061 THEREOF TO PROVIDE FOR CHANGE OF ZONING ON REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE MEADOWLARK GOLF COURSE WHICH IS LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF GRAHAM STREET AND WARNER AVENUE (ZONE CASE NO. 74-08) WHEREAS, pursuant to the state Planning and Zoning Law, the Huntington Beach Planning Commission and Huntington Beach City Council have had separate public hearings relative to Zone Case No. 74-08 wherein both bodies have carefully considered all information presented at said hearings, and after due con- sideration of the findings and recommendations of the Planning Commission and all evidence presented to said City Council, the City Council finds that such zone change is proper, NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows : SECTION 1, The following described real property, located within the Meadowlark Golf Course which is located at the north- east corner of Graham Street and Warner Avenue, is hereby changed from ROS, "Recreational Open Space, " to ROS-01, "Recreational Open Space combined with oil production: " Beginning at the centerline intersection of Warner Avenue and Graham Street as shown on Tract No. 4243 recorded in Book 162, Pages 49 - 50 of Miscellaneous Maps and Records of Orange County, California; thence north 0046, 44" west along the centerline of Graham Street 1010 feet; thence north 89013116" east 755 feet to the true point of beginning; thence north 100 34129" east 90 feet; thence north 37028116" east 540 feet; thence south 72124' 58" east 150 feet; thence south 14058, 15" west 565 feet; thence north 77046, 44" west 350 feet to the true point of begin- ning. 1. JJOC : cs SECTION 2. The Planning Director of the City of Huntington Beach is hereby directed to change District Map 24 (Sectional District Map 21-5-11) to incorporate the zone change described in Section 1 hereof, and as said district map shall have been amended, the same shall be in full force and effect and be a part of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code . A copy of said district map, as amended hereby, is available for inspection in the office of the City Clerk. SECTION 3. Section 9061, District Map 24 thereof, is hereby amended by Zone Case No. 74-08 effective March, 1975. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect thirty days after its adoption. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and cause same to be published within fifteen days after adoption in the Huntington Beach News , a weekly news- paper of general circulation, printed and published in Huntington Beach, California.
