HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance #2247 ORDINANCE NO. 2247 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AMENDING SECTION 10. 40. 260 OF THE HUNTINGTON BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ENFORCEMENT OF PARKING REGULATIONS The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows : SECTION 1. The Huntington Beach Municipal Code is hereby amended by amending Section 10. 40. 260 to read as follows : 10. 40.260 General parking regulations--Enforcement . The provisions of this title regulating the stopping, standing or parking of a vehicle shall be enforced by officers, reserve officers, service officers and cadets of the police department and marine safety officers and such special officers of the department of harbors and beaches and the department of public works as are assigned and authorized by the chief of police. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty days after adoption. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and cause same to be published within fifteen days after adoption in the Huntington Beach News , a weekly newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in Huntington Beach, California.
