ORDINANCE NO. 2477 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AMENDING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 9061 THEREOF TO PROVIDE FOR CHANGE OF ZONING FROM MEDIUM DENSITY RESI- DENTIAL TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL, COM- BINED WITH OIL PRODUCTION ON REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF CLAY STREET AND HOLLY AVENUE (ZONE CASE NO. 80-16) WHEREAS, pursuant to the state Planning and Zoning Law, the Huntington Beach Planning Commission and Huntington Beach City Council have had separate public hearings relative to Zone Case No. 80-16 wherein both bodies have carefully considered all information presented at said hearings, and after due con- sideration of the findings and recommendations of the Planning Commission and all evidence presented to said City Council, the City Council finds that such zone change is proper, and consis- tent with the general plan, NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows : SECTION 1. The following described real property, located at the northwest corner of Clay Street and Holly Avenue, is hereby changed from R2, "Medium Density Residential District" to R2-0, "Medium Density Residential District" combined with oil pro- duction: Lot 37, Block B of Garfield Addition, city of Huntington Beach, California. SECTION 2. The Development Services Director of the City of Huntington Beach is hereby directed to change District Map 2 ( Sectional District Map 2-6-11) to incorporate the zone change described in Section 1 hereof, and as said district map shall have been amended, the same shall be in full force and effect and be a part of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code. A copy of said /ahb 1. 11/19/80 district map, as amended hereby, is available for inspection in the office of the City Clerk. SECTION 3• Section 9061, District Map 2 thereof, is hereby amended by Zone Case No. 80-16. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect thirty days Y after its adoption. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and cause same to be published within fifteen days after adoption in the Huntington Beach Independent, a news- paper of general circulation.
