HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance #2800 C,�PD• do ��'oo �" Wes Q ORDINANCE NO. 2800 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AMENDING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 9061 TO PROVIDE FOR CHANGE OF ZONING FROM (QUALIFIED) COMMUNITY BUSINESS DISTRICT, COMBINED WITH OIL PRODUCTION, TO COMMUNITY BUSINESS DISTRICT, COMBINED WITH OIL PRODUCTION, ON REAL PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF ELLIS AVENUE AND GOLDENWEST STREET (ZONE CASE NO. 85-13) (A) WHEREAS, pursuant to the state Planning and Zoning Law, the . Huntington Beach Planning Commission and Huntington Beach City Council have had separate public hearings relative to Zone Case No. 85-13 wherein both bodies have carefully considered all information presented at said hearings, and after due consider- ation of the findings and recommendations of the Planning F Commission and all evidence presented to said City Council, the City Council finds that such zone change is proper, and con- sistent with the general plan. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The following described real property, gen- erally located on the northwest corner of Ellis Avenue and Goldenwest Street, is hereby changed from (Q) C2-0, (Qualified) "Community Business District, " combined with oil production, to C2-0, "Community Business District, " combined with oil produc- tion: The southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 34, Township 5, Range 11 West, city of Huntington Beach, county of Orange, state of California.
