r j ia/i:3f� ORDINANCE NO. 2877 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AMENDING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 9061 TO PROVIDE FOR CHANGE OF ZONING FROM MEDIUM-DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO MEDIUM -DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT-FIFTEEN UNITS PER ACRE ON REAL PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF HEIL AVENUE, SOUTH OF ALHAMBRA DRIVE, BETWEEN SILVER LANE AND BEACH BOULEVARD ( ZONE CASE NO. 86-22) WHEREAS, pursuant to state Planning and Zoning Law, the Huntington Beach Planning Commission and Huntington Beach City Council have had separate public hearings relative to Zone Case No. 86-22 wherein both bodies have carefully considered all information presented at said hearings, and after due consideration of the findings and recommendation of the Planning Commission and all evidence presented to said City Council, the City Council finds that such zone change is proper and consistent with the general plan, NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows : SECTION 1. The following described real property, generally located north of Heil Avenue, south of Alhambra Drive, between Silver Lane and Beach Boulevard, is hereby changed from R2, "Medium-Density Residential District" to R2-15, "Medium-Density Residential District-fifteen units per acre" : Lots 1 through 10 inclusive of Block C, Tract No. 522 in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map recorded in Book 19, Page 49 of Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said County. Excepting therefrom the west 65. 2 feet of Lot 1 . 1 . SECTION 2. Section 9061 of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code, District Map 29 (Sectional District Map 24-6-11 ) is hereby amended to reflect the change contained in this ordinance and on the map attached hereto. The Director of Development Services is hereby directed to prepare and file an amended map. A copy of said district map, as amended, shall be available for inspection in the office of the City Clerk . SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect thirty days after its passage.
