HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance #3029 17/ o';(Z) ORDINANCE NO. 3029 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AMENDING SECTION 9061 OF THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE TO PROVIDE FOR CHANGE OF DISTRICT MAP 12 FROM (Q) OLDTOWN SPECIFIC PLAN - DISTRICT 2 - COMBINED WITH OIL PRODUCTION TO (Q) OLDTOWN SPECIFIC PLAN - DISTRICT 2, ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF OCEANHILL DRIVE, AND EAST AND WEST OF LAKESIDE LANE Zone Change 89-3 WHEREAS, pursuant to State Planning and Zoning Law, the Huntington Beach Planning Commission and Huntington Beach City Council have hald separate public hearings relative to Zone Change No. 89-3, wherein both bodies have carefully considered all information presented at said hearings, and after due consideration of the findings and recommendations of the Planning Commission and all evidence presented to City Council, the City Council finds that Zone Change No. 89-3 is proper and consistent with the General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows : SECTION 1. The following described real property shall be rezoned from Qualified Oldtown Specific Plan District 2, combined with oil production to Qualified Oldtown Specific Plan District 2 : Lots 14 , 15, 16, 17, 35, 36, 37, 38, 59 , 60 and 61 of Tract No. 10226 as shown on a map recorded in Book 433 , Pages 20 and 21, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County. SECTION 2 . The Community Development Director is hereby directed to amend Section 9061, District Map No. 12 (Sectional District Map 11-6-11) to reflect Zone Change No. 89-3 , described in Section 1 hereof . Copies of said Distrcit Maps, as amended hereby, are available for inspection in the Office of the City Clerk. -1- SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall take effect thirty days after its adoption.
