Home My WebLink AboutOrdinance #3157 1 ORDINANCE NO. 3157 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AMENDING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 9061 TO PROVIDE A CHANGE OF ZONING FROM R2-PD-01 TO R1--01 ON REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF PALM AVENUE AND CHERRYHILL LANE (DISTRICT MAP 3) II f is WHEREAS, pursuant to the State Planning and Zoning Law, the Huntington Beach Planning Commission and Huntington Beach City Council have had separate public hearings relative to Zone Change No . 90-12 wherein all information has been carefully considered at said hearings and after due consideration of findings and recommendations of the Planning Commission and all evidence presented to the City Council, the City Council finds that Zone r Change No. 90-12 is proper and consistent with the City' s General I Plan. i NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does ordain as follows : SECTION 1 . The following real property located on the southeast corner of Palm Avenue and Cherryhill Lane (Exhibit A attached hereto) , is hereby changed from R2-PD-01 (Medium Density Residential-Planned Development with oil production) to R1-01 (Low Density Residential with oil production) . 1` r li: i i 1 I' I! Section 9061 of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code, District ' Map 3 (Sectional Distr�.ct Map 3-6-11) is hereby ! amended to reflect Zone Change No. 90--12 contained in this ordinance and on District Map 3 attached hereto. The Director of Community Development is hereby directed to prepare and file an amended map. r A copy of District Map 3 as amended, shall be available for inspection in the Office of the City Clerk. SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall take effect thirty days - after its passage.
