HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance #3726 ORDINANCE NO. 3 7 2 6 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AMENDING SPECIFIC PLAN 4 (HUNTINGTON HARBOUR BAY CLUB SPECIFIC PLAN)BY ADDING CITY COUNCIL NOTIFICATION LANGUAGE TO SECTION 3.7 - SPECIFIC PLAN AMENDMENTS (ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT NO. 05-03) WHEREAS, pursuant to California State Planning and Zoning Law, the Huntington Beach Planning Commission and Huntington Beach City Council have held separate, duly noticed public hearings to consider Zoning Text Amendment No. 05-03, which amends Specific Plan 4 (Huntington Harbour Bay Club Specific Plan)by adding City Council notification language to Section 3.7— Specific Plan Amendments; and After due consideration of the findings and recommendations of the Planning Commission and all other evidence presented, the City Council finds that the aforesaid amendment is proper and consistent with the General Plan, NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That Specific Plan 4 (Huntington Harbour Bay Club Specific Plan)is hereby amended as noted in Exhibit A, amended Huntington Harbour Bay Club Specific Plan, incorporated by reference and attached hereto. SECTION 2. This ordinance requires action by the California Coastal Commission and shall take effect after the California Coastal Commission's approval.
