HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance #3727 ORDINANCE NO. 3 7 2 7 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AMENDING SPECIFIC PLAN 11 (MCDONNELL CENTRE BUSINESS PARK SPECIFIC PLAN)BY ADDING CITY COUNCIL NOTIFICATION LANGUAGE TO SECTIONS 3.0—ADMINISTRATION, 3.4 PARCEL MAPS AND 3.5— SITE PLAN REVIEW(ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT NO. 05-03) WHEREAS, pursuant to California State Planning and Zoning Law, the Huntington Beach Planning Commission and Huntington Beach City Council have held separate, duly noticed public hearings to consider Zoning Text Amendment No. 05-03, which amends Specific Plan I l (McDonnell Centre Business Park Specific Plan)by adding City Council notification language to Section 3.0— Administration, Section 3.4—Parcel Maps, and Section 3.5 — Site Plan Review; and After due consideration of the findings and recommendations of the Planning Commission and all other evidence presented, the City Council finds that the aforesaid amendment is proper and consistent with the General Plan, NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That Specific Plan 11 (McDonnell Centre Business Park Specific Plan)is hereby amended as noted in Exhibit A, amended McDonnell Centre Business Park Specific Plan, incorporated by reference and attached hereto. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty days after its adoption.
